Holy Guacamole

The very first recipe that I am going to post is my favorite. I make it everytime my mom buys avocados. It was the very first thing I learned how to make by myself. It's really easy and really yummy. There really isn't a recipe for this so I just add everything and keep tasting it until I like the way it tastes. I like to eat it with tortilla chips.

First you start with some ripe avocados. Scoop them out of the shell and throw the shell away. Keep the seed inside so you can put it in your guacamole if you don't eat it all. It will help it from browning. But we usually eat it all so I never have to keep the seed.

Next you smash up the avocados with a fork. It's up to you how chunky you want it to be.

Then you add lemon juice, garlic salt, sour cream and lime. Mix it all together and taste it to see if you need to add anymore ingredients. It's really however you like it.

Serve it with chips.
